HOW TO SHOP

Shopping online with Suki Desu is really simple and secure.

To make a purchase, follow these easy steps:

Click on the item you wish to add to the basket.

Click on view basket when you have finished your shopping. You can delete an item at this point if you do not wish to purchase it.

Please ensure you choose the correct postage for your order, or your payment will be rejected. Postage rates can be found on the left hand side of the menu.

Simply process your details after you are happy with the items you are purchasing.

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail acknowledging the details of your order.

Overseas buyers, other than from the UK, please contact us before making an order so that postal rates can be advised.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment from the UK can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Solo cards and UK cheque. All transactions are conducted over a secure server - PAYPAL. You do not need a paypal account to make payments using your card, just fill in your details at the checkout.

To pay by UK cheque, simply use the shopping cart in the normal way to keep track of what you are buying, but do not proceed to checkout. Instead cut and paste the product information along with the quantity into an e-mail and send to mail@sukidesu.co.uk. A confirmation email will be sent to you, along with details of where to send the cheque. Goods will be sent out once the cheque has been received and funds have been cleared. If we do not receive payment within 7 working days, goods will automatically be put back on sale.

All prices in UK Pounds Sterling include VAT.

There is a minimum order of £3.00.

All prices are correct at the time of going to print but are subject to change at any time and all errors and omissions excepted.

If you pay for your purchases by Paypal, you will need to include postage from the menu on the left, failure to add postage will result in your order being rejected.

If you pay by cheque, when you send us your order, we will send confirmation of the total amount payable including the postage to you.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Whilst every care is taken to ensure the pictures shown match the actual goods as closely as possible some variations may occur due to limitations in the photographic process, also varying monitor settings will influence the way the image appears and the colours seen on your screen. Please note that images are for guidance only, images are not necessarily to scale. Any reference to weights and sizes are approximate only, although we do try to make them as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to reject any order up to the point of dispatch for any reason.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All goods will be dispatched by first class registered post with every effort made to post within 7 days.

We aim to ship all goods by first class registered post within 7 days, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Should there be any problems we will contact you via email or telephone. Should any items be unavailable then we will deduct the amount from the card transaction. Please re order any out of stock items after 28 days or contact us regarding availability.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange the item or refund your money within 14 days. This does not affect your statutory rights. Should you wish to return the item(s) for any reason, the following conditions apply:

• Goods should be returned in their original packaging with all original labelling attached. If an item is sold as new we will not accept it if there is any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

• Refunds are made within 30 days and credited to the card used to make the purchase, but excludes delivery charges.

• We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post and retain proof of posting.

• You MUST express your wish to return the item by contacting us via email: mail@sukidesu.co.uk If an item is damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it.

CANCELLING ORDERS

You may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. To cancel, please e-mail us within 7 days of placing your order. Cancellations may not be made by telephone. We do have the right to deduct postage charge from your refund. Returned items are returned at your own expense, and with the receipt, and in a condition where they are fit for re-sale.

PRIVACY

Suki Desu respect your personal information and undertake to comply with applicable Data Protection Legislation. We will not pass your details to anyone else without your permission.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

Your statutory rights as a consumer are protected by the relevant UK legislation.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using this shopping system over the Internet. Suki Desu do not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database. Suki Desu uses Internet standard encryption technology to scramble your sensitive data when you transmit it to us. We offer secure on-line transactions, which means, you can shop at home, in the office or at cybercafé. Please note that you are entering a legally binding contract when buying goods on the internet.
